Hi, I’m JP, founder of CaffeineTuna, fitness enthusiast, community advocate, and aspiring Men’s Physique competitor.
My passion for fitness goes beyond building muscle—it’s about developing discipline, confidence, and habits that help us become stronger in every area of life. As I prepare for my first Men’s Physique competition, I’m documenting my journey and learning firsthand what it takes to set a goal, stay consistent, and push beyond your comfort zone.
Professionally, I’ve worked in international development and economic opportunity, including serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Fiji and supporting programs that help individuals and families build financial stability. My commitment to strengthening communities and supporting underserved populations has shaped my belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their potential.
I’m currently working toward my NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification to build the knowledge and skills needed to help others pursue their fitness goals responsibly. Through CaffeineTuna, I hope to make fitness more approachable, help people transform their physiques and lifestyles, and support aspiring competitors as they navigate their first show.
I also believe success means giving back. That’s why CaffeineTuna aims to dedicate a portion of apparel sales to refugee humanitarian organizations, supporting people displaced by conflict and persecution.
Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey, preparing for a competition, or simply looking to build healthier habits, my goal is to help you move forward with confidence, consistency, and purpose.
Build yourself. Strengthen your community. Make an impact.
